Hiya All,

We are looking to book our summer holiday in July for a week and would like to go somewhere in the South West (Cornwall / Devon)

We would like a campsite that is prett relaxed and is dog friendly.

Just wondered if any of you great people know of any good old fashoned campsite. Does not have to have a lot on site really.

I have looked through the campsite search and have found a few but was looking for some personal experiences.

Try Tollgate Farm, superbly dog friendly and really non-commercial, it is between Newquay and Perranporth, perran bay is a short walk away. If you take a look at their website take a moment to read the visitor feedback and that gives you a good insight.

Try Little Cotton in Darmouth (South Devon). 

Great dog walk, lovely owners, superb washrooms, park and ride right outside the site (dogs travel free!) or alternatively walk down to Dartmouth via the little country roads!  Plenty to see and do in Darmouth, loads of doggie walking!!!

Try Treveague Farm, Gorran Haven which is near St Austell the beaches there are dog friendly

We've just booked there for Easter!  It looks nice and peaceful and the area is beautiful.  We're really looking forward to it - all we need is nice weather!!!!!  :)  But we've never been before so don't know if it's any good, just read the reviews.
