You are talking to a Yorkshire man in love with the dales.Try Bainbridge Ings at Hawes, breathtaking scenery, lovely owners and they have a web site. Just punch in what I have given you. They are full over Easter w/e but then everywhere is, but should have vacancies after w/e.
we spent oct half term at scarborough c & cc. great spot, not too busy. walk from site to the cliff egde (5 mins) turn right and walk along cliff top, till you meet a pub, lovely ale and beef & yorkshire puds.
we liked this site despite being without our car for the week, it broke down on our way there. we walked and caught buses, whitby £5 return, fantastic plaice for fish and chips!!!
Serenity preominantly adults at Hinderwell - nice site, friendly helpful owners, good views, about 1 1/2 miles inland from Runswick Bay and about 7 miles North of Whitby. Pub across the road from the entrance does good meals at very reasonable prices.
