yeah its the animal eye centre north sheilds and we have to be there at 7.30am on tuesday, starting to think we might be better just staying at home - its about an hour journey for us and should be clear traffic at that time of morning and we have to be there again first thing wednesday - our main concern is just in case he needs to be seen urgently after the operation we ideally wanted to be on a site as close as possible to the centre.
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
Sarah, when I put in the post code for both the caravan site and the eye centre. it says it is 17 miles. At that time of morning, going, you should be just ahead of the rush hour traffic so 30 mins should be ok.As you say you want to be near in case of emergency. Cant find anything nearer for you that is open this early in the season. Hope this helps
hi
i live 3 miles from lizard lane the site is ok ,but as some have said already trying to get through tyne tunnel is a nightmare on a morning /tea time rush hour ,as someone said you can use ferry to cross to north sheilds if vets are close to ferry landing, good luck, hope opp.goes ok .
