Help Needed.  Holidaying last week July 1st week in August.  Site Required approx 6hr Drive From Edinburgh.  Will be 2 adults, 6 year old and a 2 month baby. (Touring Caravan)  Something along the lines of Haven but on a smaller, quieter scale.  Toilet and shower facilities of a good standard with baby change facilities and bath if possible.  Need entertainment, pool etc to keep 6 year old occupied if weather poor, close to some good child attraction for better weather.  Have looked at Flower of May.  Hoping that some other families have required similar and can advise, looking for as many options as poosible  as we need to make sure we pick the right one with taking the baby for the 1st time, so need to get it booked before the new arrival comes in April,   Many thanks. 

I would def recommend but slightly more travelling but its well worth it, we're from Greenock and my sis is from Edinburgh, what we do is stay overnite at a travel lodge, last year we got one for £15 for the 4 of us.  Suppose you could stop in somewer on ure way down, depends on what ure looking for......... no harm in looking

Try Thornwick & Sea farm Thornwick bay Flamborough, dont think you will find any family site on the east coast thats quiet on the dates you want

Flower of May is a great site, family orientated but not commercialised to the extent of haven etc.We have gong every year since kids were 5 onwards and they still like going even now they are teenagers.
