Hi, just back from Blairdrummond Caravan Park and managed to miss the snow!!!!

If we decide on Oban we will go to Ledaig and travel the Stirling Callendar route. Probably the best route for US!!

We are now also considering Fort William and travelling to Oban for the day. Can't decide!! Fort William is also very appealing as I would like to visit Glencoe, Malaig, Arisaig as well as Oban and I could do all of the above if I stay at Fort William. So time to go and look at some camp sites in the FW area and make some decisions.

The drive from Crianlarich over Rannoch moor and down through Glencoe on the way to Fort William  is stunning, just about my favourite drive anywhere in the country and rvery very easy to tow a caravan over.

If we do decide on Fort William we will then be going to Kinloch Rannoch afterwards so that sounds a good route to follow. My friend spends about 6 weeks at Rannoch during the summer and I went there last year with my own van for the first time and it was wonderful. Very peaceful and quiet and some stunning views.

Roll on the summer.....

There is about 8 miles of it, the rest is superb.
