Hi

I have a 16 year old son who is never quite sure whether he wants to come camping with us, because it means leaving his beloved XBox Gaming Machine behind which he plays live online with all his pals.

Now, im not at all technically minded, and I was wondering if you go on a campsite with WiFi does that mean he can take his laptop and play his game when he gets moments of boredom.

One more thing, he also loves fishing and was wondering if there is a facility on this website that allows you to search for campsites with a coarse fishing lake.

I wouldn't expect the banwidth from a WiFi access point to be good enough for online games Jaclyn.  I know my own son complains about frame rates and pings if I dare to even start a download on our home network when he is playing.

We were on the Blackmore C&CC site and used the WiFi there was quite fast. there was a tv prog the missus wanted to see but missed - downloaded it via iplayer at 200 kb / sec. quite a bit faster than I thought it would be.
