Hi everyone ... Im trying to find a camping site with well stocked fishing lakes about 1 hour max drive from North London so that I can take my son and his friend there for the odd weekend. 

Does anyone know of any?

Hi, you could try Emberton Country Park just outside M.K. I'd add a link but not got a clue how to do so It has about 3 or 4 good fishing lakes and also the river Ouse running through it as well.

Greenhill Leisure Park, just outside Oxford.  Haven't tried it yet but booked for 2 weeks in the summer.  The Reviews on this site are all very complimentary!

What about Home farm cl in little walden,nr saffron walden in essex.I went there last weekend.It has two lakes stuffed with fish which you can bag up on,and £4.50 a night to boot,although basic with no EHU and just a CDP and outside toilet.Really nice place though which I would go to again.
