I think some sites are going to have a large contingent of younger people out for a fun time. There are probably sites for them and why should the whole site be subject to a curfew to pander to a few old fuddy-duddys. When I was in my teens ( late 1960s/early 1970s, before foreign travel ) I lived in a place which came to life during the camping season and I thought the hustle and bustle was really exciting. I am pretty sure a lot of family campers like the buzz of busy sites, and look to avoid scarcely populated quiet (dead) sites.
I have yet to find a noisy caravan club site and only look to use expensive commercial sites for facilities for the kids.
