Hey guys and gals,

We are wanting to go camping in July around the gower peninsula as we have been told that the views are fantastic? Is this correct?

We are also going with two children aged 2 and 7. Are there many places around the area to visit with kids?

Can anyone also recommend a good campsite here?

Thanks in advance!!

Try doing a search on this site with the campsite search. If it's views you're after then I've heard Three Cliffs Bay is the place to go.(DH is from nearby LLanelli). My sister recently went to Pitton Cross, but they had to abandon after the first night because of the wind and rain! Can't help with things to do as I don't know the area that well but you're never far from a castle or two in Wales! If its wet though, you will probably need to go into Swansea or LLanelli. The Gower is really about the beaches. Have a fab time.
