Don't think so, it's a good site if you have your own facilities, cheap, quite near a lovely beach and next door to a pub.

hi we went to valley of the rocks at the end of May ,the site itself is very good ,quiet when we were there but does get busy at weekends by overnighters and people getting the ferry usually M/H ,Tourers the showewr block is very basic but works ok ,short ten minute walk to the beach and really good walks around the coastal paths ,short drive to holy head and the Breakwater country park .Mal and Mick and Noel who run the site and cut the grass etc are friendly and chatty .We'regoing back at the end of august for another ten days and at £9.50 per night (no ehu) is very reasonable if you want all the mod cons then Bagnol will be better for you but last year we went for five days and it cost £90 again with no ehu ,Tyn Rhos at the end of ravenspoint rd used to be fairly cheap but with limited shower space .

just make the best of what you have its only a place to put your head down after all

Cheers for that Andy, like you say it is only a place to get your head down, we intend on going for days out etc like we normaly do anyway.
