Hi
I'm new to the message board.
We are looking to go away this weekend, don't want to travel too far, we live in Bolton. Thinking of going to Settle in Yorkshire and wondered if anyone can recommend a good site there.   
Would like a site which is good for kids, not noisy and walking distance to a nice pub.

Hi sandalkids welcome to the site, Settle is a nice little town,there is knights stainforth hall, they do have a web site, which is a lovely place not sure how far you want to walk to the pub but there is one if you walk up the lane at the back to the main road. 

 Also if you do a search for Settle in the camp site search there is another site closer to the town can't comment on that one though because I haven't been there.

I can second Knight Stainforth, we went for May half term week a couple of years ago and if it wasn't so far away from us we'd go more often.

another bolton lad here-from near bolton school-knight stainforth is our favourite site-we even did a review-go for it
