Can anyone recommend a good site not far from the beach with good childrens amenities, as we live in the midlands we are not looking for anything in cornwall because of the fuel costs. Cheers

This group have 4 parks and a bus that travels between the parks and the beach, might be worth looking at.

I am not sure this would fit the bill, as it has not children's facilities on site. However, it is located right next to a river edge and not far from the sea. Problem is, it is so nice it is a heavily booked site...
