We're busy trying to organise our very last min holiday and fancy a few nights at either Thetford Forest or Sandringham.  We can't choose between them.  Has anyone been who can recommend one above the other?  Or are they close enough that we could stay at one and visit the other??  Never been to this area before so a bit unsure about it.  Could do with the low down on beaches in that general area too.


Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!

thetford is quiet far from the beaches

where as sandringham is near hunstanton and has agreat site i would recomend this one

I went to Sandringham Caravan Club site last July, and loved it! A short wak through the woods to a little shop that sells all maner of things, papers, groceries and camping essentials. Theres a Camping and Caravanning site the other side of the shop.. We loved the forrest, so did our dogs! You can walk through the woods to a little social club on the edge of the estate, only about 10 minutes away. We loved the beach at Snettisham, a very short drive from the site.

 Can't comment on the other site as I haven't been

They are both lovely sites,we visited Thetford Forest in May.They are quite far apart.If you want to be near a beach then sandringham is you best option.Hers my review of Thetford
