Hi

I'm looking to go away in August to Devon (maybe Woolacombe area) and I'm wanting to find a nice simple campsite that is near/on the coast, but doesn't have all the extra stuff like Bar/Entertainment/Pools etc.

Does anyone know of any good ones?

Have you tried the campsite search facility?

Here are a couple that seem to be quieter than the bigger parks in the area - we stayed at the last campsite and really enjoyed it. Very peaceful!

Me and the kids have just come back from here - about 5 minutes drive to Saunton beach, and about 10mins walk into Braunton. Worth a look?

north morthoe is excellent. coastal views all round, clean modern shower facilities and about a mile from woolacombe. it is a slopping site however but there are flat areas if you look around. we've been going there for 2 years now, brilliant
