Hi,
Have you looked on the Camp Site Search above?
A site I can recommend is Trawsdir. it's near Barmouth. We stayed there for one night about 10 years ago, it's in a lovely location. It's just back a bit from the main road, we normally hate being near roads but found this was ok.
I've just had a look on their website and it looks as if the site has been greatly improved ( it was very nice when we stayed), and you can use the facilities of their other site, Caerddaniel, just down the road.
If you look on the map here, the red marker is next to Caerddaniel, you'll see Trawsdir is just up the road a bit, on the right.
You might be looking for a smaller site than this, but the reviews are excellent and it looks very child and dog friendly and the beach at Barmouth is lovely for children, dogs can go on part of it too,
hope that helps
Sue
