Can highly recommend Bashley park in the New Forest! They don't rent out statics them selves but you could google caravan hire at Bashley to get private owners
I got a static for may parents last year. I got the number from a static window whem we were touring there. It was on older couple who just rented it out to help with the costs. A basic, clean caravan a a good price! If you don't have any luck, I could try and fish out the number from the old paperwork.
