would like to know if anyone has stayed at Cefn Crib campsite near Aberdovey also known as Gogarth Hall farm holidays, If not can anyone recommend sites near Aberdovey
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
I've never stayed on here but I go past them regularly as I live in Machynlleth which is a couple of miles from Gogarth Hall but went pony trekking there when that was open [not anymore] and the site seemed really nice and very quiet and tranquil if I didn't live too close I would like it there
We were at Cae Du campsite for the last two weeks. A brilliant site where you sit with campfires overlooking the sea watching the dolphins playing as they cruise past. Direct access onto a rocky beach.
Very highly recommended, there are a few reviews on here.
It's about 5 miles from Aberdovey, the North side of Towyn.
(Don't be confused by another site of the same name, which is near Bedgellert, I think)
Don't tell anyone else, or it will be full when I book for next year.
We used to stay at Caethle(?) farm between Aberdovey and Towyn,it was on the right heading towards Towyn. Not been down that way for a while so not sure if it still takes tents/caravans.Worth a look though.
The nly other site I can recommend but it's in Dolgellau though is Torrent walk or there is one near Corris called Llwyn Gwern never been on that site but it always looks full so it must be a good place
Yes I forgot about that one even though my nextdoor neighbour worked there watch out for the buffalo they are lovely to see a bit different from the usual we see there
