I have been searching the internet for a campsite in north wales, the gwynedd area that will take groups. Our party consists off, 6 couples and two Children aged 4 and 6. I have had no luck as of yet finding a campsite that will accept us. Any recommendations?

Not too sure if they accept motorhomes - they will accept campervans as long as the occupants have a tent to sleep in. Friends of ours used to get round this by saying their VW was their only form of transport and they would put a small tent up at the side of it, though they always slept in the van.

definately try Conwy touring Park, it is above the town of conwy set in beautiful grounds with good size pitches.
There is also a pub on site that has a play centre attatched to it with climbing stuff and ball pool for the young ones and a teenage hand out room with pool tables etc.
We go there every year as we love it so much.

We really enjoyed Tyddyn Llwyn in Porthmadog, i dont know about groups but as you're couples and kids i would be surprised if its a problem so long as they have availability, if you arent after electric they have a couple of big camping fields.
If you don't mind a bit on the basic side (cheap though), Tyddyn Morthwyl near Criccieth would be ok, I should think they accept just about anything. Has ehu, loos and showers, but we didn't use them so can't say what they're like. I think the owner is about 100.
