My OH's workmate and his family had to re-book as they have a teenager with special needs its not easy, but they have got themselves another holiday.

Just keeping fingers crossed that the company they are with doesn't go belly up.

I don't know if this is of any use but I know oads of people who just love centre parcs you could go to the longleat one?

My OHs colleague goes off tomorrow with family (six altogether) they are going to their original destination of Lanzarote but instead of going from their local airport (Bristol) they have to go to Heathrow, fly to Madiera and then on to Lanzarote - its going to take nine hours, then the same back - I just hope its worth it for them.
