Went there last year, owner seems quite willing to break as many laws as possible. Woke up one morning and tripped over guy lines from tent that was just a few feet from my van door.
When I complained, the answer was that he is there now, and will be gone in a few days.
Trouble was, new neighbour was brash loudmouth, had 2 tents, speedboat, which, according to site rules, should have been in car park, he was always drunk, and totally spoiled my families holiday.
Never again!
