With our plans for next years trips forming nicely I wondered if anybody could recommend a site that was fab for the kids (7 years and 11 years), it doesn't have to be all whistles and bells but just really child friendly?? Oh, and we take our fury friend everywhere so somewhere nice for him too would be good.

Depends on which area you are looking at, but we love Bude Holiday Park, it's a cranstar site, it's a very good price and got entertainment, park and outside swimming pool. Also dogs are welcome. there are some lovely dog walking area's in the fields along the cliffs.

2013 Season.
Upgraded from a TT to a caravan.
Loving it!
Roll on summer :-)
I would strongly recommend Fforest Fields. No playgrounds or obvious attractions but plenty of wide-open spaces, two lakes and several shallow ponds to go catching newts and tadpoles. We went with five kids aged between 5 and 11 back in May and each of them loved it.

Another vote for Fforest Fields here! We have been to quite a few sites now and this is still my two's ( they're 10 ) favourite.... and mine!! Just fab..
