Can anyone reccomend a Campsite within easy reach of Worcester. We intend to go down to the area in 2 weeks time with our touring caravan and would like a site that we can either walk into the town or on a bus route save taking the car.
Thanks
Anng

There is Tewkesbury caravan club site just off the M5,and ther're are plenty of buses from tewkesbury to worcester, and the site is right near the town centre
Liek has been said Blackmore at Malvern may be an option. If not there are some nice CL's around Pershore or Evesham, both towns have regular buses to worcester and I think the train from Evesham goes via Pershore to Worcester

How about Broadway CC site. There are buses to/from the village centre and it's open all year!

If you cant do someone a good turn, don`t do them a bad one,its nice to be nice you know, and little things mean much more later in life.

I stayed on the C&CC site once amongst the lovely, rolling hills of Malvern. I was allocated a pitch which had a fabulous view of ... a stand of leylandii trees about thirty yards away! Was I just unlucky?
Otherwise, it would have been a good 'quick weekend' site for me, but I do like a bit of outlook or at least a sense of place.
