Try Lincoln Farm Park in Standlake Oxfordshire. Very smart site, great loos and high standards. Plus an indoor pool that you can exclusively book and a pub with very good food 100 yrds away.
We have stayed at Glyn Y Mul farm. Very spacious site and you can wander round the woods crossing the rail track (a goods line, about 2 trains a day) and find people wild camping there. Nice views and handy for anywhere in South Wales. Ian (owner) is very into recycling and that extends to the loos and shower and the collection of motley tractors! However, the facilites are all kept very clean and it's handy having the campers kitchen. Our children loved the colliery museum up the road and it's free entry!! Depending on how important eating out is to you, there isn't much in the area.
