I'm sure this questions been asked before but....................  Many times I've been on camp sites and been woken up by the cry of a baby and thought "tut, tut which careless people bring a baby out so young, disturbing my break etc etc" but now I have my own little person to disturb other people and wondered if anyone knew of any baby friendlier sites.  He'll be 6 months old in May which, weather permitting, is when his first camp will be.  I'm not after much just somewhere with secluded corners so as not to disturb anyone else.

So if anyone knows of any sites which might appease me, please respond.

I have two young children ages 4 & 1 and crying is definitely not restricted to young babies I can tell you.  We pick family based campsites with play areas which are likely to be occupied by other understanding parents -  Im sure you can request a corner plot or quieter area when you make your booking.  Other than that though babies do cry and anyone with children should understand that - if some people are so offended by this then there are plenty of adult only sites to visit.

Lime Tree Park in Buxton was great when my kids were very young.   They have a really good baby room just next to the main block with a good changing area and a great bath - remember putting both mine in together!.

I shouldn't think you'd have a problem on any family-oriented site.

I never mind being woken by a baby or small child crying. Its not good to hear their unhappiness but you know they're not doing it on purpose and also that some other poor person is going to have to sort it out, not your self. So, I just wake up, register what the noise is, switch back off! I wouldn't think I'd be unusual with that response.
