Ring them and ask. Our regular seaside site where we spend most of our holidays is a CC site but accepts non members,to be honest they have never asked!
As Ronnie says non members are accepted but it will depend on how long you stay as to whether it might be worth joining. For the odd night or two maybe not but for a week or longer its worth thinking about as there always seems to be very hign non member additional fees. Both Clubs seem to operate like this.

Non members pay an additional £6 per night. So if you plan to use CC sites for 6 or more nights in a year then join the clun the savings will offset your membership cost. Plus you get many other benifits, Money off vouchers for attractions, discounts on ferry's. Etc Etc
