Hello all

We are on the lookout for a seasonal pitch in the Lincoln area. Must be family oriented (children aged 6 and 4) and ideally have a play area, fishing, cycle trails, etc. Open all year would be ideal but otherwise the usual March to November. If anyone has experience of any sites in this area, is able to recommend some to us, or knows of available seasonal pitches, will you please be so kind as to let me know. When we go to lincoln..we stay  here....http://www.shortferry.co.uk/..... shortferry..fiskerton fen..its about 6-8 miles from the town centre....it has an open air swimin pool..a lovely big pub onsite with excellent meals..they often have entertainment on..like quiz nights..race nights..disco's and bands playin....they have childrens rooms with pool table and games machines..aswell as big screen tv for all the sports programmes...theres a childrens play area..football pitch and a fab fishin tackle shop for the keen anglers...

You can fish on the River Witham or the 2 fishin lakes there...

Theres also a shop onsite and just up the road..the local shop sells freshly baked bread to order..

This is a family run site..for families..we love it here...
