I have just found a site on caravan club site search near Harlech, which would have been fine for us.  It would work out at £36 a night fat easter or 2 adults 2 children a dog and an awning.

Looking at the website I don't think its a Caravan Club owned site as you have to apply to the site for prices and booking which indicates to me that it is a private site that give certain discounts to CC members so not typical of CC pricing.

I must have doubled the pitch fee by mistake.  I think I might still look for better value for money though.  They should have a separate section for private sites giving a small discount (£1.50) to club members.

It is only a couple of pounds dearer than a lot of CC sites over Easter as it is classed as peak season and it is cheaper than some , Longleat for example.

Unfortunatly I think this is going to be  average charges for a party like yours at a decent site .

'Some Continental Europe sites will class kids as adults at 14 and indeed, some places 12 ! '

When we go to duinrell (holland) in the summer the kids cost 9.75 euros each,  but we only have to pay 6.50 euros rach as we are over 50.

I just checked the last cc site we stayed at ( grin low ) and it would work out at £21.95 a night at easter.  I do like cc sites but haven't tried the private ones they incorporate on their site. so I don't know if they are as good.  We have decided to go to Highgate barn, which we have been to before and is excellent and only costs £15 a night.

It looks a really nice site.  I am not a member of the c&cc now, just the cc.  We do like club sites but it is sometimes nice to find a really nice cl.  We were prepared to go anywhere within 2 hours or so driving really.  We did really like highgate barn last time and it is constantly being improved according to reviews.

I would really like to find a nice cl in the macclesfield/bollington area.
