wanted good campsite in cornwall was going to polemanter but put off by some reveiws about how windy it gets we are a family of 2 adults 1 sulky teenager 2little devils must keep everyone happy

If you are thinking of going to a Haven site for your teenager then avoid Perran Sands like the plague, it's horrible.  We stayed there (paid for with clubcard vouchers) last year and Cornwall is lovely but this site was just the pits...

Try here,saw a lot of tents last year,big and small,although we have only been in our M/home,and Son & Daughter in thier caravans,the grandkids love it,and one is a teenager,beach at end of site,kids club,disco`s for kids,and adult entertainment.

we like pentewan sands plenty todo for everyone-though lots of people will say they dont like it, but we have never had any issues with it
