its a lovely location but a long drive to any where.
however the river next to the site is nice for children (Supervised of course) just take wellies they can paddle and play with the rocks. there is a RSPB reserve just up the road by car but it is a nice walk around , we did walk up the crysal mountain when we were there, and our boys were approx 12 years of age.
there is no tv reception there and im not sure about the mobile phone .
i remember we took a computer games console with us just in case.
the site did have a large play field, if its still there. but it is quite hilly going out of the site.
