Not really sure where to post this or if it offends the campsite. I am looking for a book to read when I am unable to use the web. Has anyone got some advice on which books gives the best descriptions of sites/where to go in the UK, I don't just want little signs of things. I would like one with more info like you get on this site please. I am a member of the cc club and have that one. I have also been looking at these books and authors..

Alan Rogers various selection and dates

AA...looks quite a good read

and visit Britain publishing have a guide to quality assessed sites....

I was hoping for Britain's family and dog best sites ever..lol sort of UKcampsite in a book...

Any views on any books would be great please x

Thanks ratty can you tell me what to type in as I have been trying to search for ages. Maybe it beacuse I am asking for it in caravans and I should  search else where. I really would like to know if any are any good before i buy. It would be great if you point me in the right way..thankyou
