As money is very tight this year, we've opted not to go too far from home.  But at least it'll be a change of scenery.  We have been to Lynton before but not camping.  Which do you think would be the best campsite?  We like to be able to use public transport as much as possible when away.  There's just the two of us so no kids to have to entertain.  Just a pub that's walkable to would be fine. 

Are either of these within walking distance of Lynton or Lynmouth?  We're hoping to go just before the summer holidays.

i think sunny lyn is within walking distance of lynton and lynmouth, channel view if i remember rightly is at top of a hill on the toll road, tho i think there is a pub on the site.
