I take it you mean Ilam Park, not Llam Park?
We stayed there years ago, it is owned by the National Trust, and CC members can stay there too.
There is no toiletblock, but there are WC's in the adjacent NT Ilam Hall itself, which you can use. There are electric hook-ups on the site.
It is a small site, and all grass, at least when we were there, but that must be at least 15 years ago now!
We enjoyed our stay there, we had a dog then, and the walks are lovely from there.
