Just thought I'd let you know that although the Plassey has a strict 'no tent larger than 5.5m width or length' that they will take a Montana 6 even though its just over at 5.85 in length. They said that its mainly width they have a problem with so I might just very cheekily throw my extension in the car too and see what others have got away with.

We do allow tents up to 5.5m wide. This means that you could have e.g. a tent 5.5m wide and 9m long and this is still OK. What we can't allow is, e.g. a tent that was 6m wide and 7m long.
This is all down to the width of our pitches, and by having this rule it allows customers to have plenty of space around their pitch.

Ha, I did wonder that when I posted as the lady at another site we are visiting said she looks on here occasionally too. I have seen others on here questioning whether they would take a Monty at the Plassey and I almost ruled out going based on the length of my tent but now Im glad I asked and very helpful they were too. But now the length issue is clarifield I shall definitely be taking my extension as its an invaluable part of our tent for us - brilliant! My type of campsite!

I also can confirm the owners of The Plassey participate on this site....in actual fact I was torn between The Plassey & Cenarth Falls and the owner of The Plassey responded in a very unbiased manner and as he stated possibly lost a sale......
[HOWEVER I CAN CONFIRM WE HAVE BOOKED THE PLASSEY FOR MAY
