Hi, we are a family of three and we are due to visit the above site for the first time at the end of May. My wife is disabled (epilepsy) and we were wondering, is the site very hilly or flat? We have booked an electric hook up and we will be in the shop field. How far away from us (pitch 63) are the toilet and shower blocks? This site has had loads of good reviews and we can't wait to get there!

Hi we went to this campsite last year the toilets and shower blocks are not to far away from the shop field but the walk to the shower block is quite hilly sorry but not sure were pitch 63 was so dont know how far away you will be from them

We were there a couple of years and and agree with Face above. I'm thinking I know what field you are in but not exactly where on that field.

The site isn't very hilly as a whole but the toilet shower block are up a bit of a hill, shouldn't be too bad from the shop field tho, but do take it easy.

We loved this site, some people think its a bit pricey but we liked the fact that it had everything we wanted. The takeaway is very handy and the shop is amazing, it has everything you could want and more in it!

ok we were in shop field it is an incline but not a great one she will need to take her time from site to loos. hope you have a quieter time than us was really noisy til 12am. however it was school hols so that prob why great site for kids.

Agree with all the above re the "shop field"

Just for info. the Lakeside field is a lot flatter and has a newish toilet block, showers and washing up sinks.
As suggested it is next to the lake but further away from the shop and clubhouse etc.

yes you might prefer it down there quieter and you could get really close tol oos.
