Hi I am looking to book fro August want two sites for a week each devon cornwall dorset choice.

main priorities are (in order):-

dogs allowed

dogs allowed on beach nearby

price

ehu for tourer

clean showers

dog walk

pub nearby with beer garden

If anyone has been to one that ticks these plse let me know I am bewildered by choivce.

It's not easy is it?

Have a look at East Fleet Farm, Chickerell, Weymouth (I'm sorry but I don't know how to put a link in ).  If you type in the name of the site it should come up on a campsite search.

They have a dog walk and you can walk alongside the Fleet Lagoon which is part of Chesil Beach. The washblock has always been immaculate every time we've stayed.  This site also has a pub serving food .  Weymouth is 3 miles away and as far as I know dogs can go on a small section of beach all year round (nearest the pier).  We've been in July and taken our dogs on the beach.

Or, you could look at Wareham Forest or Birchwood (both nr Wareham, Dorset).  You can walk the dog direct from these sites into the forest.  We've never stayed at Wareham Forest Park but Birchwood is ok.  There's a pub about 3/4 mile from these sites but I can't remember if it had a garden - but if it's still the same owner they allow dogs inside.  Studland beach isn't far from here.  Dogs are allowed on the beach all year (but on certain sections - prob on a lead in high season).

we went here last year. There is a very good dog friendly beach nearby, only problem is it is only accessible by going down about 300 steps

We walked into Ilfracombe allong the costal path. OK if you are fit enough.

Dont be put off by not having any reveiws, the site is great.
