The campsite seems to be about 10 miles east of Taunton, where I live, just outside the village of North Curry. I've never heard of it. There's b****r all on the web about it either, apart from some sort of martial arts training camp. There are enough sites about without chancing it with this one, IMHO.

I am seriously thinking about changing sites. I read the diary on their website last night and Wendy mentions that there is a travellers site next door!

Not knowing what the security is like on this site, I don't fancy returning from a day out to find all my gear has been nicked.

We stayed on this site about a month ago. No travellers site next door to this one. Nice peaceful location. One toilet which could do with an upgrade, and there is a chemical loo at the back apparently. Shower is good and there is a wash up facility. We went on a wet weekend and the grass hadn't been cut which was a pain but I have bought some short wellies now, better than flip flops! Basic but okay for weekending.
