Wondering if anyone can help we are looking for a touring van site that is very close to a beach and short walk to a town would be great. We are wanting to go for a week towards the end of next month.
Before anyone says look on the campsite search i have done this but there are so many to choose from.

st davids bay is right on the beach , excellent toilet fac , little shop , on site bar and restaurant, and a small park for the kids however the beach is more than adequate
We are going to Angelsey at the end of next month. I looked at all the sites on Angelsey, and then started to narrow them down. Went for those near a beach, disgarded the rest. Then disgarded those without a play area. Narrowed it down to about 7 sites. Have booked Ty Hen for the end of May, and Kingsbridge for the end of August. Never been to either site, but looked at the reviews and both have good reviews.

The about Angelsey is that it is so easy to drive right around the island. Even my mum used to do this. It is a joke in our family about morning coffee at one bay, lunch at the next, then a different one for afternoon tea. This was in the days before the A55 ran right through the island the way it does now.
