im trying to find a site that has facilities for tents with ehu for 2 tents together in the lake district (NE side if poss)for the may bank hol weeken 22-25th.my eyes are almost bleeding, not many have ehu and those that do have it are booked up!!!!!!!
why is it so hard!!!
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
Sadly its a fact of life. I see umpteen new posters going on about buying Heaters and Lidl ovens etc etc etc to take camping with them, but they havent properly looked into the availability of EHU in campsites. The realization is that most campsites only have a limited amount of EHU units for tents and unless you book really early theres little chance of getting one. Have you considered using battery power? It may be your only option and you might find it more fun!! Most things that you'd use on EHU could probably be substituted for battery power.

Cool campers use Delta Pegs.

If you really want to get away try the really expensive campsites 1st. They are the only ones who will have availability for when you want to go away. We found that out last year. You may even want to broaden your search area and go somewhere completely different...
