Hi we are members of the Caravan club, although I don't think we will be renewing unless we can make use of their CL sites. Trying to book the standard sites is a waste of time for us as I only get short notice (less than a month) for my days off.
We live near Rotherham, we have a 25ft twin axle caravan and would be interested to hear of any CL's that you can recomend for a weekend with kids, so not too far away, maybe Yorkshire Notts Lincolnshire?

Not sure how far you are looking to travel but we stayed at a CL just outside York called The Yulles. First ever time on a CL and loved it.Loads of room and electric although no toilets.

There is a nice c.club cl in the villiage of beeford near ulrome, with a toilet and washroom, look in cl section under east riding,
 ,ellroy.

A non Caravan Club - though it is C&CC listed ( but membership not needed to stay) Saxdale House Farm in Hunmanby nr Filey.
Has 6 very nice big hedged on 3 sides pitches with ehu. Toilets and shower block on site.
We were on the tent field and it was £12 per night for tent, family of 4, car and ehu - I'm sure it's same price for a van too. Coincidently there was a van that had Rotherham Caravans (or similar) on it's hitch cover whilst we were there.
