Looking for a recomended site within the area of  Skeg to Cleethorpes - on coast or near to...        

For Bank Holiday weekend 22nd-25th May

Caravan Club's Hawthorn Farm site at Sutton on Sea. I suspect it may be fully booked by now though. See reviews on this website - it's a lovely site.

If you fancy Hawthorn Farm, leave it until a day or two before and ring the site direct. I'm sure that you would get in. We were there at Easter and the site was less than 2/3rds full, despite showing as fully booked on the Caravan Club website. The wardens were taking phonecalls from people looking for a pitch on the offchance and found them one no problem at all.

There is a CS at Binbrook AONB. In Lincolnshire Wolds. Handy for both Cleethorpes and Skeg and perhaps a trip to Lincoln for Castle, Cathedral, Museums and shopping.

Hopeville, Binbrook it does take kids, listed as 18+ by mistake

Has hook up, shower and loo. Site is great not used loo etc. Binbrook has shop, pub, park through school gates, chinese, PO and Tea rooms. Louth has great Market Wed, Fri and Sat, very busy, lots of specialist shops and Co Op supermarket.

Cleethorpes Showground Campsite (right next to prom), or Mablethorpe Camping and Caravanning Club site, (a mile inland).
