Hi, any suggestions for nice site in Suffok, within 15 mins from sea.  Have 3 young kids, a big tent (Idaho XL), would be for a week in summer holidays.  I am a beach head so beach must be gorge!  Love woodlands etc too.  Happy for basic facilities on site - not full entertainent but a little park / shop always good.

Having spent the last week searching for a tent, I just have to get off the web for a while (my family need some attention!) so welcome your advice rather than researching from scratch!

If you are ok with shingle try orchards at wickham market, kids will love it

beaches are shingle, but nice and clean

have just done a review on it if your interested, about the surrounding area etc

plus there is rendlesham woods, 15 mins away

You could try Heathland beach caravan Park at Kessingland.

I know they do take tents and thr beach is just down some steps about 120 I think

We like this site but it will not let us take 2 dogs so we do not go now
