Hi everybody. I am wanting to book a few weekends away in the caravan and have spent ages on the internet trying to find out whats happening in various areas, mostly in North Yorkshire. I have looked on the events/meets section on here and have also searched on the Caravan and Camping website, but not found anything which suits. Last year in June, we went to knaresborough for the weekend, when the bed race was on and that was a fantastic weekend. This year I booked Chester for the Dragon Boat Racing, but have had to cancel because hubby has to work. I know there is a regatta at Whitby, in August and have checked up on the Red Arrows website to see where airshows are but has anybody any information on what might be happening elsewhere. We're happy to travel up to 2 hours from Barnsley. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
