After toying with the idea of buying a static, my mother has decided a tourer on a seasonal pitch would be better.
Can anyone recommend a site which has seasonal pitches, she is looking in the Weymouth/Brean or Hunstanton areas.
The only requirements are it must be within easy walking distance to the Beach (brothers got dodgie knees) and allow dogs, as well as allowing a twin axle caravan.
If anyone has any tips or advice on having a caravan on a seasonal pitch that would also be appreciated.

That site seems to be what she is after, just the wrong area, I should have said anywhere on the coast from Christchurch to Weymouth or Brean or Hunstanton area.

Hi has she looked at waterside at weymouth, they have some seasonal pitches. Just outside weymouth with a bus from the site to town. sea across the road with restaurant, ent etc..if she wants it. used to be good site, haven't been there since moved down this way. The other one worth a go is pebblebank, I think they still have some seasonal pitches but she'd be further away from town, really quite site.
Thanks we used to go to Waterside years ago, didn't realise they did seasonal pitches.
She is going to freshwater beach in a few weeks so will get her to check it out.

Hi Pullup, We visited Brean Sands site 3 years ago & had a good visit - completely flat & the beach is just over the road. There is a pub that does decent food just upo the road - very easy to find. The shop was very well stocked for anyone staying for more than a few days. Would recommend....
