We stayed at Cashel on the may bank holiday weekend, this is a beautiful site with outstanding views . The toilet blocks are spotless and my children enjoyed the playpark and spent most of their time there. The only thing that spoils this site is the price! We were charged £85 for three nights on a Premium pitch with electric hook-up as we had stayed at Cashel before we expected for this price to have a loch view and after been told by the park itself that pitches were on a first come first serve basis we were hopefull of getting this. When we arrived we were charged a further £12 for a pitch with a view the next day my friend visited for a couple of hours and was charged £4 this now takes our bill to the grand total of £101 and this is with our £3 per night discount. For this reason we will not be returning to Cashel which is a great pity but these prices are a joke!!!
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!

You said that these prices are a joke, yet you still paid them. I would have told them where to stick it to be honest. If people keep paying these sort of prices then they will stay at an inflated rate in the futre.
Yes you are right its a mistake we won't be repeating however after arriving on site straight from work we thought there was a mistake with our booking so after lenghty discussion with the call center bookings we soon realised we had been given wrong information about the type of pitches amongst other things. So yes we paid to stay put in the pitch we were hooked up to rather than spoil a special birthday weekend hence the reason for the visitors to the park.
