Just returned after 2 weeks, we have been going to St Davids for the last 20 years and had a fantastic time every year, but not this year, we will not be returning again I'm afraid. As said earlier, the staff are no bothered. Campers with open fires, campers allowed to pitch too close (canvas almost touching), the new camp warden hasn't a clue! He lives in a touring caravan although the local planning doesn't allow tourers, he has two dogs, but no pets allowed, when asked particular questions about camping, he said " nice weather we're having". Although they have disabled facilites, they are used by the warden and his wife from his tourer, And to add to that, they allow far too many tents, the toilet block only has 4 toilets/showers but well over 100 tents, which means at the very least 200 people using them first thing in the morning, and only 2 washing up sinks for the whole site.
I think next year we will be going else where
