Went camping last weekend for 1st time and have now got the bug... we want to go again now!

Have I left it too late to find a site for this weekend in North Wales..pref Conwy or around that area. Only requirements are that it's clean and maybe a playground to entertain the children. EHU would obviously be an added bonus.

Have tried Conwy touring park but no one is answering mails or phones at mo.

Anybody know anysites which usually have pitches with such short notice?

Henlleys is good but we went last year and since the the reviews haven't been too good but you can go last minute. We like it there and is quiter when the kids are at school.  There is also Dinarth Hall. 

Depends if you want to be by the sea ie within walkin distance or in land

I see you live in Warrington not far from us.  We go conwy all the time because we can be there in an hour perfect for weekends away.
