Good morning everyone.

This weekend we're going to Conwy.  There will be 6 of us - 3 boys - 15, 11 & 4, 2 men & me (yes i'm seriously outnumbered).

It is set to rain (oh no) so i'm wondering if anyone can recommend activities to do or places to go that will keep everyone happy!!

You could try Rhyl Suncentre its been a few years since we went, and to be honest it was like the rest of Rhyl, run down, but maybe its been done up since then

The Welsh mountain Zoo is really good - not expensive and 5 mins from conwy !

Think colwyn bay has jet boat rides the older boys may like that - i know conwy itself has a boat trips.

Its how much you want to spend i suppose - there is a nice beach near you aberconwy follow the signs for conwy marina and then there is a sign aberconwy holiday park - follow that road and you come to a little car park with public toilets and there is a lovely beach there !!!

Plas mawr in the middle of the town is worth a visit.  It is run by the national trust and is an elisabethan town house.  I used to live about 400 yds from the welsh mountain zoo, but i have never visited it.

I sometimes go to huddersfield to visit my cousin who lives in Rawthorpe.

We liked the Welsh Mountain Zoo too.

If it rains just get your waterproofs on and so the same as you would have done if it's wasn't raining.

Personally I would avoid Rhyll it's self though they have been doing work there so may be a bit better than when we went 3yrs ago.

We always pack swimming stuff - you can always find the local leisure centre.  My kids are used to me going for the cheap option!
