Hi Just new to camping & has anyone got advise for a good family camping site cumbria or cornwall which has good facilities for my family two children age 4 and 10 and a puppy Thanks Jo X

The only site I've been to in Cumbria is Haven's Lakeland.  Dogs are allowed (as are kids) the suitability largely depends on the calibre of the campers that are on the site.  Have known it to be quiet and sometimes to be boisterous.  I go a couple of times a year and have never had a real problem.  Never been to Cornwall so can't help.

i would highly recommend cofton holiday park in Devon.
not so far as Cornwall we stayed there last weekend excellent site large outdoor heated pool great walks and dog friendly your children will love it. 5 mins from Dawlish lovely town next to beach. if weather good am off this Friday.

hi great for the information and I'l look on the net and maybe go to the cofton in devon and also look at haven site in cumbria as it nearer to me as I live i Wigan cant wait either to go camping it will be fun for all of us and many thanks for all your help !!! x
