I was surprised that the campsite search here doesn't throw anything up for Windsor. There are sites for nearby Slough or Woking though - just try putting in nearby places.
Amerden is the closest to Legoland it's in Taplow not far from Slough. If you don't mind CL's there's a CC site on a farm in Maidenhead it's not on the camp site search but if you're interested i'll get you the number as it's just around the corner from me.
We stayed at Amerden near Bray a couple of years ago when we were attending a family wedding in Windsor, the reception was within walking distance of the campsite. On the Sunday we had a lovely walk along the river looking at the houses of the rich and famous! Lovely site really clean and well kept facilities, I thoroughly recommend it unless you are the sort that is bothered by noise - it is right next to the M4 and under the heathrow flight path.
I agree Amerden is a nice site, and tbh we didn't find either the plane nor the traffic a problem.

This thread sounds familiar so not sure if I am repeating this but Swiss Farm in Henley is a short drive away. We stayed there last year before we went to Legoland.
