Hmmm, not sure about within 2h or not, however, Thetford Forest is a dream.
High Lodge can be expensive, as it charges by the hour, rate in Jun 09 was 1.60 GBP per hour. However, I paid for a week's pass at 15 GBP, and I reckoned I used it up in the 4 days I went to High Lodge.
I once drove from Thetford to Lakeside Retail Pack and Ikea in less than 1.5h  , so in theory, it is doable in 2h.
